1. Booking conditions
- Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Other times can be arranged with the hosts.
- When booking, an agreed advance deposit must be paid. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
- Payment in cash or by bank transfer before or upon arrival.
- When booking, inform us if you are arriving with pets.
- If guests do not stay the agreed rental period, the fee for unused time is not refunded.
2. Guest duties
- Every guest must read these rules and ensure accompanying children comply.
- Upon arrival, inspect the inventory and immediately report any non-working items to the hosts.
3. Departure procedure
- Leave the premises in order: dishes washed, inventory in designated places, garbage bagged and taken to the designated location.
- Damages must be compensated immediately before departure.
- The key must be left with the hosts. A €10 fee applies for lost or damaged keys.
- Use water and electricity sparingly.
4. Pets
- Additional fee €5/night per pet.
- Pets must be properly supervised; pets are not allowed on beds.
- Pet waste must be collected within the property area.
5. Safety and responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and health throughout the property.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
- Children may use kayaks/SUPs only under adult supervision.
- In case of emergency: call emergency services and immediately notify the hosts.
6. Prohibitions
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. A €50 fine applies for violations.
- Children may not play near water without adult supervision.
- Moving furniture is prohibited without permission.
- Exceeding the agreed number of guests is prohibited.
- Bonfires, fireworks, and sky lanterns are prohibited without prior approval.
- Littering on the property or in the water is prohibited.
- Loud music is prohibited; quiet hours 22:00–9:00.
- Damaging trees or harming the environment is prohibited.
7. Property management
- Found items are kept for one month after guest departure.
- Hosts may enter guest premises for safety purposes.
- In case of rule violations or disturbance, hosts have the right to evict guests without compensation.
- Criminal acts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
